GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Star Vacations ("SV") presumes that you are of sufficient legal age to use the website and create binding legal obligations.
2. You agreed that you shall not assign convey or delegate your rights duties and obligations entered with SV
3. SV reserves the right to decline any traveler on any trip, before or during the trip should such person's mental or physical condition impede the operation of the service or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other travelers. In this case a refund of the unused land services is the limit of Star Vacation Liability to the traveler removed.
4. SV reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary of any tour or relocate accommodation if schedules, security matters and/or events beyond our control make such alteration necessary.
5. Unless otherwise stated, all prices on this site exclude all taxes (including GST [goods and services tax] and VAT [value added tax]), levies and other charges together with any fine, penalty or interest payable because of your default. All prices on this site do not include any holiday surcharge where applicable.
6. Travel insurance cover is not included in your price, SV however urge you to take out insurance covering you against loss and damage as well as medical insurance.
7. SV reserves the right to increase or decrease prices quoted at the site at any time before your booking is made and confirmed.
8 SV acts as agent for its third party providers and distributors for all products and services purchased by you on this site. You will be subject to the terms and conditions that you may purchase and those of each of the suppliers of such services. SV does not accept any liability in relation to any service or for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the acts omissions or defaults of any supplier or other third party.
9. SV do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the content found at the website (www.hotelkiasu.com)
10. You shall understand that a binding contract between you and SV only comes into being after you have fulfilled any terms applicable for the confirmation of a booking and your reservations have been accepted and a confirmed document, such as air ticket and travel vouchers, issued to you through e-mail. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation advised.
11. Fulfillment is performed during normal office hours, any traveler requests and bookings made require minimum processing time will subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased.
12. SV does not hold any liability for any claims for loss, damages or compensation should you purchase a product/service that cannot be fulfilled. In such case, SV shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.
13. You required a valid passport with minimum six (06) months validity remaining for the duration for your trip. Travelers are responsible to ensure they have valid and correct visa and health requirement. SV shall not hold any liability for any resulting claims for loss, damages or compensation
14. SV reserves the right to sensor, modify, remove or prohibit these terms and conditions at any time and your use of the services at the website is conditional upon the terms in force at the time of your use.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Rates and prices on this site are subject to change and availability without prior notice.
2. Terms and conditions for cancellation of bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service. Please refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service.
3. Multi over-lapping bookings for the same traveler(s) are not allowed and may result in canceled and no-show or damage and loss to SV, which you will bear in full.
4. Cancellation may not be allowed or may require a minimum processing time of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchase.
5 Booking canceled or reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees as follows:
Less than 31 days prior to arrival date: 25% of the total estimated amount
Less than 21 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total estimated amount
Less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total estimated amount
Less then 07 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total estimated amount. This scale might be higher depending on the property booked.
6. Any cancellation should be notified in writing by facsimile or registered post directed to the sales personnel concerned. Verbal cancellation is not encouraged and will not be accepted as proof of cancellation in the event of any dispute.
7. Cancellation or changes are subject to administration fees that you agree to bear in full. Please note that changes to ticketed air ticket at not permitted.
8. The refund timeline will take approximately three to six months before the credit appears in your account. The preceding refund timeline is a guide to you only and should not be taken to be binding upon SV in any way.
